A: Order Online at www.BeanSafe.com
Browse or search for desired items. Enter them into your shopping cart by clicking the"add to shopping Cart" button. If done shopping, proceed to checkout by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button and securely enter you shipping, payment information then select your shipping options.
Once you click the "Place your order" button your order is complete and your payment is processed. You will receive an email with your order confirmation. We email you your tracking information after your order is shipped. You can also check My Account.

▶ Q: If there are any problems with my order, will I be informed??
A: If there are any problems with your order (i.e. an item is out of stock, your credit card information was invalid, etc.), you should receive an email or a phone call from us.

 

▶ Q: How long does it take for me to get my order? ?
A: Please allow a minimum of 7-10 business days to receive your order in the continental USA.
International orders require an additional 3-5 days for processing, in addition to shipping times.

A: We accept Paypal, and all major credit cards including Discover, Master Card, Visa, and American Express.


▶ Q: Can I ship items to another address other than my billing address?
A: You would like to send someone BeanSafe as a gift?! Wonderful!
We will be happy to ship to another address provided on the form. We reserve the right, for security purposes, to only ship to the credit card billing address. You may be contacted by a customer service representative.

A: Yes, BeanSafe.com provides a secure online shopping experience. Credit cards and addresses are encrypted before transmission over the Internet.
