How to Order
To place an order on BeanSafe.com, simply choose the products you wish to order by pressing the "Add to Cart" buttons located on the product page of all our products.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is calculated during checkout. To see shipping rates before creating an account or having to login, you can use the "Estimate Shipping" button found on the Shopping Cart page.
After placing your order online, you will immediately receive a confirmation email detailed with the
selected products ordered. All orders ship within approximately 3-5 days. Please allow a minimum of 7-10 days for delivery in the USA. For International Shipping, please see below.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We ship your order within 24-48 hrs.after payment. Orders with an item on "on order" may take longer and you will be notified. We anticipate shipping your whole order within 3-5 business days. Delivery is approximate, and is estimated at 7-10 business days in the continental USA. You will be provided a tracking number to check your order’s progress. See below for International Shipping.
Shipping times are approximate and based on business days. We do not process, ship or deliver on weekends and major holidays.
Some remote areas of the USA require additional delivery time. We usually remain in an in-stock position. However, backorders sometimes happen. Although unusual, it may take up to 30 days for an item to ship if backordered. If this happens you will be notified by customer support.
Due to the nature of our business, system failure, product availability, delivery location, or unforeseen issues may slow down or prevent us from shipping your order. Please let us know if you did not receive your order.

P.O. Boxes: Yes, we ship to US Post Box addresses.
Military Addresses: We ship to military addresses in the Continental USA via Fedex Ground.
Outside Continental USA: Other charges may apply to residents outside the continental US, Hawaii and Alaska. Please see below for International Shipping
International Shipping: Please allow an extra 3-5 days to process each order plus shipping delivery time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays in the USA.
Shipping costs are determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. For International shipping, please contact Info@BeanSafe.com
Methods of International Shipping: International Fedex. Customer is responsible for all duties, custom fees and any other charges.
Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you wish to return your purchase, or if your order arrived damaged or incomplete, you can return it to us within 15 days of receipt as long as it meets the below requirements for a refund.
We would be happy to hear about any problem you may have encountered with your product. Please call us or send us an email with any comments.
If you need to make a return, please send your BeanSafe back to us with your Order Number, full name, address and daytime phone number, and a copy of receipt within 15 days from receipt of delivery. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Merchandise returned must be received in original condition. It is advised that a return is shipped with a tracking number, in order to receive a refund. It is the buyer’s responsibility that we receive the item. BeanSafe does not hold any responsibility for lost or damaged returns. Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
When the merchandise is received, a credit will be issued to the method of payment received, not including shipping charges. If you would like an exchange, please let us know.

Please advise us if you would like another item in exchange. There are no additional ground shipping (within the Continental USA) or handling charges for Exchanges (Expedited Delivery & International subject to additional S&H charges). Please note, shipping fees are nonrefundable.
If you refuse a shipment from BeanSafe you are responsible for all shipping charges (both to and from) in addition to any other fees, including any import fees.This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund once your shipment arrives back to us.
We regret that once an order has gone into processing we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
Privacy & Security
We consider your account information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, and notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. We do not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
When you purchase products from BeanSafe.com you may choose to be on our list to receive e-mail regarding updates about special offers, new products, and new services. If you do not wish to receive e-mail updates, please click Unsubscribe.
